We make all our pasta according to old artisanal methods, using just durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. It’s the best pasta in town! You can freeze any leftover uncooked pasta for up to three months and cook it another time. Cooking time for both pasta and ravioli is 4 minutes in boiling, salted water.
