Inspired by the culinary traditions of Vicio Il Mastro Pastaio, we delicately coat the bucatini with a hint of tomato. The sardines lend a savory depth, balanced by the aromatic wild fennel and the subtle sweetness of sultanas.
Pine nuts add a satisfying crunch, while saffron imbues each bite with a warm, golden hue. The combination of these ingredients pay homage to the rich culinary heritage of Partinico.
