Served with cream cheese and chopped pistachios.
Homemade pasta :
We will delight you with fresh pasta colored with dark chocolate, seasoned with burrata, black truffle, walnuts and parmesan.
The pasta is named Busiate from Trapani
Main course:
Cabbage rolls, stuffed with mashed potatoes, porcini mushrooms, parmesan and gorgonzola.
Served with a typical Sicilian salad with fennel, oranges, shallots, mint and olives.
