Our workshop is designed to be a hands-on experience that will take you through the entire process of pasta making. You’ll start by learning about the different types of flour and pasta shapes, then move on to kneading and rolling the dough, and finally cutting it into the perfect shape.
To get you started
At our pasta workshop in Amsterdam, we want to make sure you’re in the perfect mood to learn, have fun, and enjoy yourself from the moment you arrive. That’s why we start the workshop by welcoming you with an aperitivo that’s typically served in Italy to stimulate the appetite and create a festive atmosphere.
You’ll be served a selection of light snacks and refreshing drinks that will give you the energy for the pasta making to come. You might enjoy a glass of Prosecco or a classic Aperol Spritz, along with small bites like bruschetta, olives, and cheeses.
The pasta workshop
During the one and a half hours of the workshop, you’ll get the chance to roll up your sleeves and make fresh pasta from scratch. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process step-by-step, providing you with all the tips and tricks you need to create delicious pasta that’s perfectly cooked and beautifully shaped.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with different types of flour and pasta shapes, experimenting with flavors and textures to create your own unique pasta dishes. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a novice in the kitchen, our workshop is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
After the pasta is made,
you’ll get to taste your creations, along with other delicious homemade sauces that will elevate the flavors of your pasta even more. The tasting will last for 30 minutes, giving you enough time to savor every bite.
But the night doesn’t end there. We’ll also be serving our famous cannolis siciliani, so you can indulge in something sweet after the savory pasta dishes. It’s the perfect way to end the night on a high note.
