Dear friends, yesterday was a 🌧rainy day🌧.
An excellent time to stay 👩👩👧👧 at home 👩👩👧👧 with your 👩👩👧👧 family or friends.
This family asked to participate in the👨🍳 ” 🇮🇹Fresh 🇮🇹 Pasta 🇮🇹Workshop At Your Home 🇮🇹”👨🍳 event.
❤️The daughter made this surprise ❤️ to her mother, who is of 🇮🇹 Sardinian ❤️ origins.
We brought all the tools that were needed to make ❤️ pasta at home.
Then we created ravioli together (Sardinian 🇮🇹 Culurgiones, stuffed with potatoes, mint, pecorino cheese) .
This ” Raviolo ” is very nice, but if you love fresh pasta, 👨🍳 we will be able to teach you.
Later we prepared dinner, with many 🇮🇹 Sicilian appetizers, then we cooked the ravioli, and then we prepared the dessert (the Sicilian cannolo) .
The atmosphere 👍 was relaxing👍. Then we cleaned, and put the kitchen in order. Are you curious?
